亳州学院是教育部批准设置的省属公办普通本科高校，坐落于国家历史文化名城——安徽亳州。学校办学源于1909年创办的蒙城师资讲习所，1952年设置蒙城师范学校，2002年3月独立升格为亳州师范高等专科学校，2016年3月独立升格为亳州学院，2024年通过教育部本科教学工作合格评估。

Bozhou University is a public undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, located in Bozhou, Anhui Province, a national historical and cultural city. The university originated from Mengcheng Teacher Training Institute founded in 1909, was established as Mengcheng Normal School in 1952, was independently upgraded to Bozhou Teachers College in March 2002, was independently upgraded to Bozhou University in March 2016, and passed the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment of the Ministry of Education in 2024.

学校现有南湖校区和文采校区，校园占地面积1526亩，馆藏图书119.3万册，电子图书102.2万册。下设19个内设机构、11个二级教学院系，全日制在校学生1.1万余人。学校坚持地方性、应用型、特色化办学定位，以中药学类、食品科学与工程类学科专业为特色，构建了工学、医学、文学、管理学、教育学、艺术学、理学、经济学多学科协同发展的学科专业体系，现有本科专业37个，服务安徽省新兴产业的专业比例达86.49%。

The university has two campuses: Nanhu Campus and Wencai Campus, covering an area of 1526 mu, with 1.193 million paper books and 1.022 million e-books in its collection. It has 19 internal institutions and 11 secondary teaching departments, with more than 11,000 full-time students. Adhering to the local, application-oriented and characteristic school-running orientation, the university takes Chinese materia medica and food science and engineering as its featured disciplines, and has constructed a disciplinary system with coordinated development of engineering, medicine, literature, management, education, art, science and economics. Currently, it offers 37 undergraduate majors, with 86.49% of them serving emerging industries in Anhui Province.
