Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) is one of Russia's leading comprehensive research universities, located in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, on the coast of the Sea of Japan. The university boasts a beautiful campus with modern teaching and research facilities. Its history dates back to the Oriental Institute founded in 1899, and after several mergers and developments, it was officially renamed Far Eastern Federal University in 2011. It is now a key university under Russia's "5-100 Project," dedicated to enhancing its competitiveness in the global education landscape.
