河南司法警官职业学院是以高等司法警官职业教育为主，多种专业教育并举，为河南司法行政事业和区域经济发展培养应用型、复合型人才的政法类全日制普通高等学校。学院前身为河南省劳改警察学校、河南省司法警官学校，1984年建校，1987年开始招生，2001年4月升格为河南司法警官职业学院，隶属于河南省司法厅，业务上受省教育厅指导。2015年8月，学院由文劳路校区整体搬入龙子湖高校园区，校园布局合理，设施完善，是河南省园林单位、河南省卫生先进单位。

Henan Justice Police Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college focusing on higher judicial police vocational education and integrating multiple professional educations. It aims to cultivate applied and compound talents for Henan's judicial administrative cause and regional economic development. Formerly known as Henan Provincial Reform-through-Labor Police School and Henan Provincial Judicial Police School, the college was founded in 1984, started enrollment in 1987, and was upgraded to its current name in April 2001. It is affiliated to the Henan Provincial Department of Justice and academically guided by the Henan Provincial Department of Education. In August 2015, the college moved from Wenlaolu Campus to Longzihu Higher Education Park, featuring a well-planned campus with complete facilities, and is recognized as a Henan Provincial Garden Unit and Henan Provincial Sanitary Advanced Unit.

学院开设刑事执行、刑事侦查技术、行政执行、罪犯心理测量与矫正技术等14个专业，其中司法行政警察类专业毕业生可通过河南省司法行政机关招录培养制度改革政策按比例录用为监狱人民警察。学院坚持警务化管理，注重实践教学，拥有模拟法庭、射击馆、警体馆等完善实训设施，现有全日制在校生5000余人，在编教职工352人，其中双师型教师占比过半。近年来荣获省级文明校园标兵、全国司法行政系统抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体等多项荣誉。

The college offers 14 majors including Criminal Execution, Criminal Investigation Technology, Administrative Execution, and Criminal Psychological Measurement and Correction Technology. Graduates of judicial administrative police majors can be employed as prison police officers in proportion through the reform policy of recruitment and training system of Henan judicial administrative organs. Adhering to police-style management and emphasizing practical teaching, the college has complete training facilities such as moot courts, shooting ranges, and police physical training halls. Currently, it has over 5,000 full-time students and 352 faculty members, with more than half being double-qualified teachers. In recent years, it has won many honors including Provincial Civilized Campus Model and National Advanced Collective in Combating COVID-19 in Judicial Administrative System.
