南京中医药大学始建于1954年,是全国建校最早的高等中医药院校之一,历经江苏省中医进修学校、南京中医学院等发展阶段,1995年更名为南京中医药大学。学校是国家“双一流”建设高校,也是江苏省人民政府与国家中医药管理局共建高校,被誉为“中国中医药人才摇篮”。
Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM) was founded in 1954 and is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning for Chinese medicine in China. It has gone through stages of development such as Jiangsu Provincial School of Chinese Medicine Further Education and Nanjing College of Chinese Medicine, and was renamed Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 1995. The university is a national "Double First-Class" construction university and a joint university between the People's Government of Jiangsu Province and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, known as "the cradle of Chinese medicine talents in China".
