泗水理工学院（Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember，简称ITS）成立于1960年，是印度尼西亚顶尖的重点理工科院校，主校区位于印尼第二大城市泗水（Surabaya）。学校以科学、工程、技术及研究为核心发展方向，下设数学和自然科学学院、工业技术学院、土木工程与规划学院、海洋技术学院、信息技术学院等5个学院，涵盖26个本科专业、16个硕士专业及12个博士专业，在校生规模达17,000余人，教职工逾1,500人。

Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) was founded in 1960 and stands as a leading public technological university in Indonesia, strategically located in Surabaya, the country's second-largest city. With a core focus on science, engineering, technology, and research, ITS comprises 5 faculties including Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Industrial Technology, Civil Engineering and Planning, Marine Technology, and Information Technology. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "solid foundation, broad perspective, emphasis on practice, and pursuit of innovation", ITS prioritizes industry-academia-research collaboration, establishing over 60 internship and training bases in partnership with global enterprises such as Oppein, Shangpin Home Collection, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Academically, it ranked 6th in Indonesia in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, with engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) demonstrating strong competitiveness in Southeast Asia. ITS leads Indonesian universities in Scopus-indexed publications and research commercialization. Students have won numerous Asian-level awards in international robotics competitions and new energy design contests, while graduate employment rates have exceeded 95% for consecutive years, with alumni securing positions in global corporations or pursuing advanced studies at institutions like Tsinghua University and Royal College of Art.
