临沂城市职业学院是经山东省人民政府批准、教育部备案，由市属大型国有企业临沂城投集团举办的全日制普通高等职业院校。学院围绕“凸显城市特色，服务城市发展”的办学理念，立足“技能，让城市更美好”定位，聚焦“城市发展、城市管理、城市服务”，为学生搭建多元就业平台，为区域经济社会发展培养高技能人才。

Linyi City Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province, registered with the Ministry of Education, and sponsored by Linyi Urban Investment Group, a large municipal state-owned enterprise. Centering on the school-running philosophy of "highlighting urban characteristics and serving urban development", the college is positioned as "Skills Make the City Better" and focuses on "urban development, urban management, and urban services", building a diversified employment platform for students and cultivating high-skilled talents for regional economic and social development.

学院紧跟产业发展趋势，规划设置人工智能、安全工程、新能源动力、现代服务、文化旅游、数字商务等6个二级学院30个专业。2025年首期开设计算机网络技术、人工智能技术应用、无人机应用技术、智慧城市管理技术、安全技术与管理、社区康复、旅游管理、大数据与财务管理等8个专业，计划招生2000人。校园规划占地1200亩，一期占地509.2亩，总投资25.8亿元，建筑面积28.9万平方米，建有综合楼、教学楼、图书馆、公寓楼、餐厅、体育馆等25栋现代化建筑。

Following the trend of industrial development, the college plans to set up 6 secondary colleges and 30 majors, including artificial intelligence, safety engineering, new energy power, modern services, cultural tourism, and digital business. In 2025, 8 majors will be offered in the first phase, including Computer Network Technology, Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, UAV Application Technology, Smart City Management Technology, Safety Technology and Management, Community Rehabilitation, Tourism Management, and Big Data and Financial Management, with a planned enrollment of 2,000 students. The campus is planned to cover an area of 1,200 mu, with the first phase covering 509.2 mu, a total investment of 2.58 billion yuan, and a building area of 289,000 square meters. There are 25 modern buildings including a complex building, teaching buildings, a library, apartment buildings, a restaurant, and a gymnasium.

学院教学设施先进完备，已建成22个专业实训室，教学仪器设备总值3000余万元；馆藏纸质图书8.5万册，电子图书6万册；配备智慧教室217间，学生公寓配备上床下桌3200套；餐厅可同时容纳4000人就餐。投入6000余万元建设数字校园平台，构建数字化教学生态，建成临沂市首家万兆智慧校园，为师生提供智能高效、完善舒适的学习与生活环境。

The college has advanced and complete teaching facilities, with 22 professional training rooms built, and the total value of teaching instruments and equipment exceeds 30 million yuan; the library has 85,000 paper books and 60,000 e-books; 217 smart classrooms are equipped, and 3,200 sets of上床下桌 (beds with desks below) are provided in student apartments; the restaurant can accommodate 4,000 people at the same time. More than 60 million yuan has been invested in building a digital campus platform, constructing a digital teaching ecology, and building the first 10-gigabit smart campus in Linyi City, providing teachers and students with an intelligent, efficient, complete and comfortable learning and living environment.

学校现有专任教师260人，其中具有研究生学历的教师132人（占比51%）；副高级及以上职称教师82人，中级职称教师98人，双师型教师占比达62.9%。聘请沂蒙创新创业领军人才、沂蒙首席技师等110余名行业专家、技能大师担任兼职教师。强大师资力量将为学生提供真实岗位能力培养、行业前沿技术传授，直通行业用人需求，为学生就业提供坚实保障。

The school currently has 260 full-time teachers, including 132 teachers with postgraduate degrees (accounting for 51%); 82 teachers with associate senior titles or above, 98 teachers with intermediate titles, and the proportion of double-qualified teachers reaches 62.9%. More than 110 industry experts and skill masters such as Yimeng Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leaders and Yimeng Chief Technicians are hired as part-time teachers. The strong faculty will provide students with real job ability training and industry cutting-edge technology teaching, directly connecting with industry employment needs, and providing a solid guarantee for students' employment.
