托木斯克理工大学（Томский политехнический университет，简称ТПУ）位于俄罗斯托木斯克州首府托木斯克，是俄罗斯亚洲地区第一所理工类大学，也是俄罗斯最顶尖的三大理工大学之一。学校始建于1896年，2009年被确立为国家级研究型大学，2013年入选俄罗斯“5-100计划”重点建设高校，2021年参与俄罗斯“2030优先计划”。其教学和科研通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证，曾两次荣获俄罗斯联邦政府质量奖，2023年QS世界大学排名位列第398位。

Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), located in Tomsk, the capital of Tomsk Oblast, Russia, is the first technical university in Asian Russia and one of the top three technical universities in Russia. Founded in 1896, it was designated as a national research university in 2009, included in Russia's "5-100 Project" for key development in 2013, and participated in Russia's "Priority 2030" program in 2021. Its teaching and research have been certified by the ISO9001:2008 quality management system, and it has twice won the Russian Federation Government Quality Award. In the 2023 QS World University Rankings, TPU was ranked 398th.

The university boasts a strong faculty, including over 30 academicians and corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and 1,177 full-time teachers. It has approximately 11,500 students, with more than 3,000 international students accounting for 24% of the total enrollment. TPU excels in disciplines such as nuclear physics, computer science and information technology, electronics, microelectronics, chemistry, and geology, leading in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The Physics Department houses Russia's only university-based experimental nuclear reactor (one of only two globally, alongside MIT), the Chemistry Department has deep ties to Mendeleev's periodic table research, and the university has historical connections to four Nobel laureates.

作为国际化高校，托木斯克理工大学率先建立与欧美接轨的学位体系，开设 Electrical Engineering、Computer Science 等全英文授课专业，通过美国GATE等国际认证，并与清华大学、吉林大学等中国高校开展校际合作，每年接收大批中国学生攻读学位。校园设施完善，配备现代化科学园、科技图书馆及运动健身中心，为学生提供优质学习生活环境。

As an international institution, TPU was among the first in Russia to establish a degree system aligned with European and American standards. It offers English-taught programs such as Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, accredited by international bodies like the U.S. GATE. The university collaborates with Chinese universities including Tsinghua University and Jilin University, admitting a large number of Chinese students annually for degree programs. Its campus features modern science parks, a cutting-edge science and technology library, and sports facilities, providing an excellent environment for study and life.
