Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU), founded in 2006, is a private higher education institution located in the Half Moon Bay area of Al-Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Designed in collaboration with the Texas International Education Consortium, the university adopts a North American education model with English as the medium of instruction, and is the first private university in the Eastern Province.
