四川文化产业职业学院是经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等专科学校，隶属于中共四川省委宣传部，是全国第一所独立设置的培养文化产业高端技能型人才的普通高校。学校前身为1983年成立的四川省干部函授学院和原四川省广播电视学校，2006年合并组建为四川文化产业职业学院，实行“两院两中心”（四川省干部函授学院、四川文化产业职业学院、四川省宣传文化干部培训中心、四川文化产业发展研究中心）统一运作的组织管理模式。

Sichuan Vocational College of Cultural Industries is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Affiliated to the Publicity Department of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, it is the first independent ordinary college in China dedicated to cultivating high-end skilled talents in the cultural industry. The college evolved from the Sichuan Provincial Cadre Correspondence College (established in 1983) and the former Sichuan Radio and Television School, merged into its current form in 2006. It operates under a unified organizational management model of "two academies and two centers" (Sichuan Provincial Cadre Correspondence College, Sichuan Vocational College of Cultural Industries, Sichuan Provincial Propaganda and Cultural Cadre Training Center, and Sichuan Cultural Industry Development Research Center).

学校主校区位于成都市双流区怡心街道锦江路四段399号，校园面积520余亩，总建筑面积21.7万平方米，地铁5号线直达，交通便捷。现设有融媒学院、文化旅游学院、文化商学院等8个教学单位，开设文化产业经营与管理、新闻采编与制作、数字媒体艺术设计等41个专业，其中3个专业被教育部确定为骨干专业，新闻采编与制作专业群入选四川省高水平专业群。

The main campus is located at No. 399, Section 4 of Jinjiang Road, Yixin Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, covering an area of over 520 mu (about 346,666 square meters) with a total construction area of 217,000 square meters. It is directly accessible by Metro Line 5, ensuring convenient transportation. The college comprises 8 teaching units, including the School of Converged Media, School of Cultural Tourism, and School of Cultural Business, offering 41 programs such as Cultural Industry Management, News Editing and Production, and Digital Media Art Design. Among these, 3 programs are designated as key majors by the Ministry of Education, and the News Editing and Production major group has been selected as a high-level major group in Sichuan Province.

学校秉承“厚德博学、务实创新”校训，构建“三化四合五轴联动”人才培养模式，注重实践教学，建有第46届世界技能大赛珠宝加工项目中国集训基地、135个校外实习实训基地及多个校内实训中心。近年来毕业生就业率保持在92%以上，先后荣获“四川省文明校园”“四川省优质高等职业院校培育单位”等称号，致力于建设特色鲜明、国内一流的文化产业高职院校。

Adhering to the motto of "Virtue, Erudition, Practicality, and Innovation", the college has developed a "Three Orientations, Four Integrations, Five-axis Linkage" talent cultivation model. Emphasizing practical teaching, it houses the national training base for jewelry processing of the 46th World Skills Competition, 135 off-campus internships and training bases, and multiple on-campus training centers. With an employment rate of over 92% for graduates in recent years, the college has been awarded titles such as "Sichuan Civilized Campus" and "Sichuan Provincial High-Quality Vocational College Cultivation Unit", striving to build a distinctive and domestically first-class vocational college of cultural industries.
